Return Policy

At ATM Supply Store, we strive to meet the needs of our customers in a timely manner. Please review our returns and exchanges policies, which may change at any time:

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects we will replace your product at no cost to you. If your product is damaged or defective, please call 1.877.661.5147 and request a return authorization number. Packages returned to our location or our supplier's warehouse without an authorization number will be refused upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged due to a shippers mishandling, your shipment is insured by that carrier, please file a damage report immediately and we will do our best to expedite the claim and rectify the situation. While we will strive to help our clients in any way possible, we do not necessarily accept any expedited shipping charges incurred in shipping out replacement products.

Other Returns and Exchanges

There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not damaged. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and the restocking fee unless the product is damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days if you intend to return any item to our store. No returns are accepted afer 30 days. Any partially used rolls or cases are not returnable.

Our goal is to have satisfied customers who receive products that exceed their expectations.
